Atmospheric pressure will rise and be higher than the average for the month. Clouds will be variable, often reducing to mostly sunny weather. It will be windy with moderate, in the Danube plain and Eastern Bulgaria – strong wind from the west-northwest. In the evening, the wind will weaken and move from the north.

Temperatures will rise. The minimum temperatures will be between 4° and 9°, in Sofia – about 5°. The maximum will be mostly between 15° and 20°, slightly lower in Ludogorie. In Sofia, the maximum temperature will be around 15°.

Over the mountains, cloud cover will be variable, often reducing to mostly sunny. Only in isolated places in the massifs of Western Bulgaria will there be light rain, on the peaks – light snow. A moderate to strong wind will blow from the west-southwest. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be about 9°, at 2000 meters – about 3°.

Cloudiness will be variable along the Black Sea, but in the morning along the northern coast it will still be significant and it will rain in some places. The wind will be from the west and will be moderate to strong. Maximum temperatures will be 15°-19°. The temperature of the sea water is from 11°-12° along the northern coast to 14° along the southern coast. The wave of the sea will be 2 – 3 knots, in the morning along the northern coast – up to 4 knots.
