After the successful accreditation, Medical Center “Medline” started training young doctors for specialists. Places have been announced in the departments of Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology and Orthopedics and Traumatology.
The deadline for submitting documents expires at the end of the week, and applicants can find out what the requirements of the medical facility are to start the training from the hospital’s website, where the announcements are published.
For each specialty there is a curriculum approved by the Ministry of Health. It specifies the duration of the specialization, the necessary theoretical knowledge at the end of the postgraduate qualification, the participation of the specialist in certain procedures (manipulations, operations, etc.), the necessary lecture courses and a synopsis for the state exam.
Theoretical training is conducted by medical faculties in the country (and their respective departments). It is held in the form of the so-called lecture (basic) courses and is not free. The fee is determined by the respective university.
Practical training is the real thing, and it takes place at Medline Medical Center. It is carried out on a full-time basis, and the specialist receives a salary for the activities performed by him after concluding an employment contract with his employer.
The control of practical and theoretical training is carried out by the manager of the specialist – this is a doctor with at least 5 years of experience in the specialty./PP
