The volleyball players of SU “Kozma Trichkov” from Vratsa won the zonal championship in the competition “Student Sports Games 2024” and will represent North-West Bulgaria in the finals for juniors of the 11th and 12th grades.
The distribution of the medals will be between May 1 and 5 in Razgrad. 10 teams from all over the country qualified for the final phase of the competition.
The volleyball team from the Vratsa school won a quota for the finals after beating their peers from SU “Hristo Botev” from Belogradchik and PPMG “St. Kliment Ohridski” from Montana.
The matches were played in the “Vasil Mihailov” hall in the city of rocks, in which the selection from the city under Okolchitsa recorded 2 victories.
A year ago, the SU “Kozma Trichkov” team was also among the finalists of the school volleyball games.
