The acting Prime Minister will officially send to the presidency a proposal to replace the acting Foreign Minister Stefan Dimitrov and a proposal to elect Glavchev himself as Minister of Foreign Affairs. After that, it’s up to the president to decide.

Today Dimitar Glavchev was supposed to meet with President Rumen Radev and make it clear whether there will be reshuffles and what they will be in the recently appointed interim government.

On April 15, the caretaker prime minister proposed that Stefan Dimitrov be dismissed from the post of foreign minister. In the proposal to President Rumen Radev, he proposed that Daniel Mitov take the post.
The next day, Dimitar Glavchev proposed another personal change in the composition of the official cabinet – that Kiril Vatev be released from the post of Minister of Agriculture and Food and that the position be taken by Georgi Takhov.
