Bulgaria supports Kosovo’s candidacy for membership in the Council of Europe. Acting Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev has assured his Kosovo colleague Albin Kurti of this.

At a meeting in Sofia, the two discussed the possibilities for upgrading relations between the two countries.

The readiness to expand the partnership to strengthen security in the region has been confirmed, the government press service announced.
