A 50-year-old woman from Plovdiv is in danger for her life after the car she was riding in fell into a ravine.
This was announced by the spokesman of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Pazardzhik, Miroslav Stoyanov.
A report of the accident was received last night around 21.00 at the ODMVR-Pazardzhik. According to the initially accepted data, in the area of the 56th kilometer of the Trakia highway in the direction of Plovdiv, a 37-year-old BMW driver from Plovdiv lost control of his vehicle. The car then left the traffic lane and ended up in a ravine.
A car patrol of the “Road Police” sector, an emergency rescue team of RSPBZN-Pazardzhik and “Emergency” were immediately dispatched to the place. As a result of the accident, the 50-year-old woman traveling in the car from Plovdiv was more seriously injured.
She was transported and admitted to the Medical Center-Pazardzhik with various traumas and injuries, life-threatening. The driver of the car was tested with technical means, and his alcohol and drug tests were negative.
An inspection was carried out at the scene of the accident by a duty group at the RU-Septemvri, pre-trial proceedings are being conducted
