Deputy Mayor Kolchakova participated in the Book Walk at the Library: Vestnik Zname

PAZARDJIK. Today at the Children’s Department of the “Nikola Furnadzhiev” Regional Library, the deputy mayor of the Pazardzhik Municipality with the department “Education, Culture, Youth Activities and Sports” Tanya Kolchakova – Yaneva was a guest. She read to the second-graders from “Lyuben Karavelov” Primary School the fairy tale by Diana Petrova – “Little Questions”.

The graduates of Mrs. Grozdanova and Bogdanova listened with interest to the wise tale and actively participated in the discussion about it. They themselves asked very unusual and interesting questions to the deputy mayor, related to sports, school subjects, even her favorite dishes. The guest also addressed her small questions to the children, which are their favorite books, what they do in their free time and told them about their upcoming children’s events, which the Municipality of Pazardzhik organizes for all children.

The emotional meeting ended with a casual greeting of the children to Tanya Kolchakova – Yaneva with their favorite song about Pippi Longstocking and everyone joined in a fun dance.

The Children’s Department of the library thanked them for the visit as part of the National Reading Promotion Campaign. “We hope to have more joint initiatives in the future!” they say.
