Dinko from Yambol is accused of being a terrorist of an organized criminal group, he is in hospital

District Prosecutor’s Office-Yambol brought to criminal responsibility Dinko Valev, S.K. and G.G. They are accused of participation in an organized criminal group, which is structurally separated, and the leader is Valev. It was created with a profit motive to commit crimes in the territory of the country. The organized criminal group operated from October 2021 to April 16, 2024 – a crime under Article 321, Paragraph 3, Item 2 of the Criminal Code. This was announced by the state prosecution.

During the investigation, it was found that the members of the group forced and attempted to force various individuals to perform actions against their will. For this purpose, threats to the life, health and property of the victims were used, as a result of which one of the victims suffered financial damage, and in relation to another victim, the act remained unfinished – crimes under Art. 214, para. 2, t .2 and item 3, cf. art. 213a, paragraph 2, item 3 and item 4, cf. art. 26, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

Charges have been filed against S.K. and G.G. A request was submitted to take a measure of remand “detention in custody” in relation to them, which was accepted by the District Court-Yambol.

Regarding Dinkov Valev, who is admitted to a hospital, a decree has been drawn up to bring him to criminal responsibility, which will be presented to him after his health condition improves.
