Dinko Valev has been charged with being an organized criminal group (OPG) with the participation of two others – S.K. and G.G. This is clear from a press release of the District Prosecutor’s Office-Yambol.

It is stated that Valev is its head and it was established in October 2021. It was valid until 16.04.2024.

During the investigation, it was found that the members of the group forced and attempted to force various individuals to perform actions against their will. For this purpose, threats to the life, health and property of the victims were used, as a result of which one of the victims suffered financial damage, and in relation to another victim, the act remained unfinished – crimes under Art. 214, para. 2, t .2 and item 3, cf. art. 213a, paragraph 2, item 3 and item 4, cf. art. 26, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

Regarding S.K. and G.G. charges have been filed. A request was made to take a remand measure “detention in custody” in relation to them, which was accepted by the Yambol District Court.

For Dinko, who is placed in a hospital, a decree has been drawn up to bring him to criminal responsibility, which will be presented to him after his health condition improves.
