A driver crashed into a parked car on a street in the village of Lilyache, Vratsa. A security camera captures the moment of the collision, in which the car is seen moving, and seconds before, a group of youths pass through the scene. The owner of the crashed car claims that the driver who caused the accident was in an inadequate condition.

“I saw and heard the impact first. Before that, I saw the children go by. After that, I saw the car moving forward and I called my daughter to come out to see exactly what was going on,” said the mother of the owner of the hit car in the “Hello, Bulgaria” show on Nova TV.

“The car is mine. When I got out, I found the group of young people and the car that hit me on the spot. The driver and his passenger were in the car. Both were visibly inadequate, but the driver’s condition was the worst. His face showed He didn’t know what had happened and he was asking me “What did I do? What happened?”. He got out of the car, but it was difficult to move, holding on to it,” said the daughter Petranka Petrova, whose car was hit.

In front of the policemen who arrived at the scene of the accident, the driver explained that he was tired because he worked in the field of construction and had been working all day. “He looked tired. We tested him for alcohol and drugs, which were negative,” explained Rossen Iliev, a junior traffic inspector in the Traffic Police – Vratsa.
