Weather: Yellow code for heavy rainfall in 7 areas in Western Bulgaria – Bulgaria

A fresh batch of rain and falling temperatures brings us today. In places in Western Bulgaria, the quantities will be significant. In the evening, the rain will weaken and stop, and the clouds will begin to break and decrease. A moderate wind will blow from the east-southeast, mainly in Ludogorie, it will be temporarily strong.

The minimum temperatures will mostly be between 6° and 11°, in Sofia – around 7°. The maximum will be between 12° and 17°, in Sofia – around 12°.

Code Yellow for heavy rainfall has been announced in the districts of Vidin, Montana, Sofia region, Sofia city, Pernik, Kyustendil and Blagoevgrad.

Over the mountains it will be cloudy with rain, at a height above 2000 meters it will be mixed with snow. A moderate to strong southerly wind will blow, bringing in slightly warmer air. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be around 9°, at 2000 meters – around 3°.

Over the Black Sea it will be mostly cloudy with showers. A moderate wind will blow from the east-southeast. Maximum temperatures will be between 12° and 15°. The temperature of the sea water is 12°-13°. The excitement of the sea will be 2-3 bales.
