They are making a new road to Malki chiflik, a deviation from the main Sofia-Varna road

--

A new road will connect the northern part of Malki chiflik, which currently remains isolated, with the main road Sofia – Varna

An approach to the village exists at the moment, but only for the southern part of the settlement.

The future route will be about a kilometer long. The entrance will be after the turn for Malki chiflik in the direction of Sheremetya, before the base of the company “Vali” turns right and will connect the new quarter of the village with the main road.

At the upcoming session, the Municipal Council must give permission for the development of a project to amend the General Development Plan and the scheme of the road network before proceeding with construction. The investment intention of the Municipality is accompanied by a preliminary survey of the terrain of the route. It passes through forest and agricultural areas, the properties it will pass through and its property. For some of these properties, where this has not been done, a change of use procedure will be conducted. The construction of the new road was dictated by the growth of Malki Chiflik and the need for better transport services for the population. There is a positive opinion about him from the mayor of the village, Ivan Cholakov. There are also such from a number of institutions – Waterworks, “ERP Sever”, “Vivacom”, Basin Directorate “Danube Region” – Pleven, Regional Directorate “Agriculture”.

The project is of great public importance and is of primary importance.

11 houses were built in the northern part of the village of Malki Chiflik, which formed a small neighborhood. 7 of them were built between 2008 and 2012 and the remaining 4 are more recent, even the two are almost finished as rough construction.

There are 340 people living at a permanent address in Malki chiflik, but with those at the current address or those who live without being registered, they are actually around 500. There are 130 houses, apart from the villa area, where the streets are asphalted, water supplied and electrified .

The distance of the village, only 5 km from Veliko Tarnovo, makes it attractive to live in, and it is no coincidence that it is constantly growing.
