In Kyustendil, the concepts of integrated territorial investments were presented

Public discussions of concepts that have undergone administrative compliance and compatibility, in which the municipality of Kyustendil has a part, were presented today. The total number of concepts from the Kyustendil region is 11, of which eight – with the participation of the municipality.

The idea of ​​these public discussions is to be recognized as necessary for implementation, and after the discussions they will be evaluated by the Regional Development Council, said the manager of the Regional Information Center in Kyustendil, Lyubomira Velinova.

The public discussion of the concepts in the Southwest region should be completed by the end of April. However, the regional council in the district has not yet been formed and it is not certain that all deadlines will be met, the manager of the District Information Center also pointed out.

Three of the concepts presented today are in the social sphere. The first of them is with the leading partner MBAL “Dr. Nikola Vasilev” in Kyustendil, and the partners are the municipalities of Nevestino, Treklyano, Kyustendil and the Ministry of Health.

It is planned to buy a nuclear magnetic resonance and an angiograph – for the diagnosis of cardiovascular and oncological diseases. The other concept is for social services for residential care, with the municipality as the leading organization and the hospital as a partner. The creation of two centers is planned – for adults with dementia and for those over working age without disabilities. The idea is to separate independent buildings, with a capacity of up to 15 places. The third concept is to provide modernized accessible social services, and it includes an energy and technical survey of the characteristics of the polyclinic building, implementation of prescriptions, creation of green space around the health facility .
