A concert with only premiere works will be presented this evening by the Symphony – Vratsa together with guest soloists

--

The Vratsa Symphony has prepared a concert with only premiere works together with the guest soloists this evening, the cultural institution announced. The transcription for flute and marimba of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Concerto for Flute and Harp in C Major, KV 299 will be performed for the first time in the world. The other two works – “Sol per te mio dolce amore” from the opera “Orlando”, RV 728 by Antonio Vivaldi and the aria “Infelice”, MWV H4 by Felix Mendelssohn – will also be premiered in Vratsa.
In the “Obrati” concert, the audience will have the pleasure of hearing Vasilena Serafimova on the marimba and the soprano Ina Kancheva. The conductors of the various parts of the concert will be Nikola Petrov and the director of the Symphonies, Hristo Pavlov, who will also appear as a flutist.
“For me it is a debut with this work by Mendelssohn, I have been dreaming of performing it for many years and I am glad that we will do it with the maestro and with the Symphony – Vratsa,” soprano Ina Kancheva told BTA, adding that she will sing again in November the aria, this time in China.
“I think there are very good messages that we are sending with this concert, because Mozart, Mendelssohn, and Vivaldi – if they pass through a person’s soul – it is always an elevation,” added Ina Kancheva.
