The Municipality of Kardzhali received 20 applications-declarations for granting one-time assistance from persons with illnesses and in need of treatment.
On 08.04.2024, a meeting of the commission was held, determined by Order No. 1735/28.12.2023 of the Mayor of the Municipality of Kardzhali on the basis of Article 16 of the Regulations on the order, manner and conditions for granting one-time assistance to individuals and families from the Municipality of Kardzhali. The commission considered all the received applications-declarations and issued a decision specific to each application:
– 12 of the persons who submitted an application-declaration meet the conditions for granting a one-time financial aid.
– 8 of the persons who submitted an application-declaration do not meet the conditions for granting one-time assistance
At the proposal of the mayor of the Municipality of Kardzhali, the local parliament will vote on a decision with the following content: GIVE CONSENT on the basis of Article 21, paragraph 1, item 23 and paragraph 2 of the ZMSMA to allocate a one-time financial aid from the funds provided for in paragraph 42 -14 “Benefits and assistance by decision of the Municipal Council” from the Unified Budget Classification of persons who submitted applications, as follows:
