The Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA) goes for checks before the Easter holidays. The inspectors they will monitor the quality of everything we would put on the Easter table – from lamb, eggs, sausages to fresh vegetables.
The inspectors will check the origin and proper storage of the food products that are offered in the market.
Days ago the experts from BABH recommended if you prefer to buy kosunaki online, they must be of guaranteed origin and affixed label indicating manufacturer, composition and expiration date.
Buying food from unregistered traders can represent a serious risk to the health of consumers, since the offered products are of unclear origin and were obtained under conditions that are not subject to control by the BFSA, the Agency warns.
