Hear the news: PP-DB accused GERB of sabotaging judicial reform and the second payment under the Recovery and Resilience Plan. Deputy Nikolay Denkov announced that GERB is delaying four bills that are tied to the second payment under the plan.
According to him, the Law on Personal Bankruptcy, the rules for the work of the Anti-Corruption Commission, the protection of whistle-blowers and the Climate Neutrality Roadmap are standing on stumps.
“The money is blocked by GERB, as it is blocked by committees whose chairpersons are from GERB. Until the chairman of the committee puts the relevant bill on the agenda, it cannot be considered,” commented Denkov.
