The man pleaded guilty to the fact that on 02.02.2024 in the city of Stara Zagora, while driving a car, he committed indecent acts, grossly violating public order and expressing clear disrespect for society, making swearing and obscene signs to the driver of another motor vehicle that had the right-of-way in its movement.
The District Court in Stara Zagora gave a conditional sentence of four months imprisonment with a three-year probationary period to 58-year-old M. M. With the agreement approved by the District Court – Stara Zagora, the accused is also deprived of the right to drive a motor vehicle for a period for four months.
