Ekaterina Georgieva sent a letter of thanks to the executive director of MBAL-Pazardzhik, Dr. Krasimir Temnilov, and the head of the Nephrology Department, Dr. Rositsa Robova. With it, she wants to thank for the treatment of her mother.
“There are doctors who, at the cost of everything, remain true to those words with which they once took the difficult path to save lives. And for each of us, the greatest value is health. I am happy that my mother is being cared for by people with high professionalism, with a rich soul, inexhaustible responsibility and empathizing with the pain as a personal one,” says Ekaterina Georgieva. She adds that in the difficult moments for the family, Dr. Rositsa Robova, Dr. Krum Zlatarev, nurses Murdjeva and Yanakieva, as well as the entire team of the department, were by their side
“They treat with high professionalism, empathy, attitude, doing their best, thinking about us, even in their free time. For them, saving a person from suffering is the meaning of their life. And I will say – with love and gratitude: Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and paramedics!”, concludes Ekaterina Georgieva’s letter of thanks.
