Dobrichka Municipal Council approved a change in the Capital Expenditure Program of the Municipality of Dobrichka for 2024, adding three new sites worth BGN 53 thousand. From the report note of the mayor Sonia Georgieva, it is clear that in order to improve the water supply of the populated areas of the municipality of Dobrichka, an agreement was reached with ViK Dobrich AD for joint investments for the implementation in 2024 of several activities. They concern the replacement of water pipes in the villages of Pchelino, Sliventsi and Smolnitsa. For the implementation of this agreement, the municipality of Dobrichka must provide funds for capital transfers worth BGN 53,000 to Water Supply and Sewerage Dobrich JSC for the purchase of materials, and the company must carry out all activities to replace the critical sections of the water supply network in the three villages .

In response to a question from a municipal councilor, Mayor Sonia Georgieva recalled that last year in the budget of the Municipality of Dobrichka, about BGN 93,000 was provided, on the basis of which an agreement was concluded with the Waterworks-Dobrich for the replacement of water pipes in several villages.
