Only one excess of fine dust particles was registered during the planned measurement of air quality in Razgrad

Only one excess of fine dust particles with a size of ten microns was registered during the first air quality measurement in Razgrad this year. This was announced by the Regional Environment and Water Inspectorate (RIOSV) in Ruse.
The mobile automatic station (MAS) for monitoring the quality of atmospheric air of the Executive Agency for the Environment (EPA) was located in the yard of a children’s institution on “Kamchiya” street No. 1. The station carried out continuous measurements within 13 days, in the period from March 21 to April 2.
A reported exceedance was registered on April 1st. MAS measures standard atmospheric pollutants in Razgrad according to environmental legislation, as well as hydrogen sulfide levels. Their values ​​are normal, the ecoinspection indicated.
The results of the air quality control will be provided to the municipality and the Regional Health Inspectorate in Razgrad.
During the autumn measurement of air quality, the mobile station reported two exceedances of the maximum one-time norm of hydrogen sulfide in Razgrad.
