A reader of Varna24.bg. She contacted us to report how the construction of a new parking lot in the Chaika neighborhood, where she lives, is progressing.

We publish the letter without editorial intervention:

“I want to show you with photos injustices and ugly pictures related to the construction of a parking lot in Chaika district. Between block 20 and block 21 there is a substation, from which a path covered with Balchi stone leads to the SVA. When they were building the parking lot, they dug up everything and They left their hands. First, they broke the path and did not fix it. Everything is dug up around the electric pole, and every day we pray with the neighbors, as the children from the “G.S. Rakovski” school pass by or some pensioner goes to the SVA in the resort clinic. lest he be electrocuted.

Also, they made the sidewalk so that one corner of it has already come loose and is wobbly just a few months after it was installed. Next door, opposite the parking lot of block 21, they dug up the garden, made a hole in it, then threw gravel and left.

I want you to help for justice – after they dug up everything, they covered it with sand and gravel. It’s ugly and horrible. They put a finger in front of the other blocks. Grass will probably get stuck, but here, in the parking lot next to block 21 and next to the substation, nothing happens. Why so? They are waiting for the pensioners to die and it will be over.
