B former and current employees of the home for people with mental retardation in the village of Draganovo with new revelations about the violations there.

We remind you that during a sudden inspection, the mayor of the city, Nikolay Rashkov, found that the residents of the home in the village of Draganovo were living in appalling conditions and under the care of drunken staff who left them unattended. After the mayor’s story, the Prosecutor’s Office appealed. Then the director of the health facility, Anelia Dimitrova, announced that the paramedic would be fired. To date, however, he is still employed.

“In my opinion, they are trying to cover up the paramedic and keep his place. As a regular employee, I was laid off. When I asked the director, she told me that she could not work with me because I had complained to the mayor of the municipality. Nastina was like that because when she started working, she brought in a non-governmental organization and they started rummaging through the documents of the home”, commented Anita Panova on the air of “Hello, Bulgaria”.

“On April 17, a 45-year-old resident suffered a hemorrhage. She was given first aid. I am a user guardian. I was threatened with dismissal”, said Svetlana Petrova.

The director of the home explained to NOVA that the documents for the dismissal of the paramedic are being prepared.
