“Diagnostic Consultative Center-1” (DKC 1) announced a health initiative in honor of the International Day of Nursing, celebrated on May 12. Within the framework of the campaign, elderly residents of Yambol can benefit from free measurements of blood sugar, blood pressure and saturation (blood oxygen level).

To facilitate access to these health services, a medical team of DKC-1 will visit two of the most visited municipal clubs in the city by pensioners. On May 8, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., the free examinations will be held in the “Hale” complex next to block 7, and on May 10 – in the central club on Tsar Ivan Alexander Street, 7, again from 8:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. :00 hours. No pre-registration required.

The organizers remind that the measurement of blood sugar must be done on an empty stomach to achieve accurate results.

“This initiative is our way of paying tribute to the efforts and professionalism of nurses and all those working in healthcare,” said the manager of DKC-1 Eleonora Kostadinova. “We expect this to help seniors get information about their health at no additional cost.”

The campaign emphasizes the commitment of the municipal medical facility to Yambol and support for the health of older citizens.
