The representatives of the civil society addressed the main questions to the psychiatrists – Dr. Daniela Sabeva and Dr. Tihomira Stelianova, who explained that according to the Health Act, patients with mental illnesses have the same rights as all other people. They drew attention to the fact that changes are currently being made to the Health Law. Among the essential points that must be worked on, both legislatively and among society, is the integration of people with mental illnesses.
