A scandalous statement by a municipal councilor in Gorna Oryahovitsa: “Fuck the people – let them die”, from the last meeting of the local parliament, caused widespread public dissatisfaction.

The speech was recorded by the cameras and microphones in the Municipal Council hall in Gorna Oryahovitsa. At the March meeting, three municipal councilors commented on the topic of mobile operators’ antennas on the roofs of residential buildings.

Informally, but in front of microphones and an online broadcast of the session, one of the municipal councilors – Ivan Atanaschev from “Vazrazhdane” says:

“Damn it, them dying at the block, it’s not a problem, but the bees are affected by this thing”.
