The exhibition #Change the Picture of Philip Morris Bulgaria in Haskovo

As of today, the Philip Morris Bulgaria traveling exhibition is officially in Haskovo. It is exhibited in the city center and is realized with the cooperation of the Haskovo Municipality and the media partnership of Maritsa village.

The Mayor of Haskovo Municipality, Stanislav Dechev, congratulated the initiators for the idea to speak with concern and responsibility about the pollution of the urban environment with cigarette butts. “Haskovo is a clean city and we are making great efforts to make it more and more welcoming. In order to “change the picture”, however, each of us must take care of urban spaces as we take care of cleanliness in our home. Because Haskovo is our home. And I believe that the majority of people who live here think like me,” said the mayor. “I wish you success and I hope for good weather in the coming days so that the messages of this exhibition can reach more people,” added Stanislav Dechev.

Cigarette butt pollution is a global problem. Every second, tens of thousands of cigarette butts are thrown out and pollute the environment. This is a problem that affects us all. We must act now.
