A graduate of “Abagar” school in Ladispoli received an award from the competition “Bulgaria in my dreams”

A graduate of the Bulgarian Sunday School “Abagar” in Italy won the incentive prize in the “Bulgaria in my dreams” drawing contest. The educational center announced this on its Facebook page, noting that the sender of the “wonderful news” was the Executive Agency of Bulgarians Abroad.

Nine-year-old Emma Louisa Belcheva from the branch of the school in the city of Ladispoli was awarded in her age group – between 6 and 10 years old, for her painting “Fairytale Forest Park, Rakovski City”.

“Congratulations Emma! We are happy and proud of this well-deserved award of yours! Continue and develop your talent by participating in competitions – this brings experience and motivation for higher successes! Congratulations to Mom and Dad for Emma’s wonderful performance!”, the school said.

From there, they also expressed congratulations to Emma’s teacher – Mrs. Samardzhieva, for “the organization of the participation in the competition and the support in choosing this attractive theme of the drawing”.

As BTA wrote, the “Abagar” school in Italy teaches children from the first to the twelfth grade. The educational center also offers a distance form of learning for those interested from all over the world through an electronic platform. In the educational center, Bulgarian language and literature, history and geography of Bulgaria are studied according to adapted programs of the Ministry of Education and Science. The children receive a certificate of completed class, which is recognized by the Bulgarian state. The document gives them the right to continue their education in Bulgaria without an equivalency exam in the Bulgarian language.
