On April 29, the mayor of Targovishte Dr. Darin Dimitrov will hold consultations with the political forces to determine the composition of the sectional election commissions (SEC) in connection with the upcoming elections for members of the European Parliament and for people’s representatives.
It starts at 1:00 p.m., in hall 28 of the Municipality of Targovishte.
The participants in the consultations should submit a written proposal for the composition of the commissions. It is also presented certified by a copy of a certificate of the current legal status of the party, issued no earlier than 09.04.2024, or a copy of the decision to form the coalition to participate in the elections for the 49th National Assembly. A list of reserve members is also attached, who, if necessary, can replace the persons proposed by the parties and coalitions for the composition of the SEC.
In cases where authorized persons participate in the consultations, they must also present a power of attorney signed by the party/coalition representatives or a certified copy of such power of attorney.
By order of the mayor, Dr. Dimitrov, 105 polling stations were established in the municipality, including one mobile and one in the regional hospital.
