“Walk of books” at “Nedka Ivan Lazarova” Vocational High School for Clothing – Ruse
Students from “Nedka Ivan Lazarova” Vocational Clothing High School – Ruse made covers of loved ones books within the framework of the campaign “Walk of booksthem”, related to encouraging children’s interest in reading. The national initiative is organized for another year by the “Bulgarian Book” Association in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Science, the high school reports.
People choose a book by its cover. And so the high school students had the opportunity to transform the spirit of a book by drawing. Each of the works is unique and attracts with individuality.
As part of the campaign, Dr Nicholas Benin – a teacher of Bulgarian language and literature attended the presentation of the poetry book “From the temple of the self-doomed” by Georgi Zarkin in the “Lyuben Karavelov” Regional Library.
On April 23 – the World Book and Copyright Day in the lobby of the “Nedka Ivan Lazarova” Vocational High School for Clothing – Ruse, a thematic presentation was presented in support of the idea that it is extremely important to stimulate children to read, to encourage their love for booksthem because they help shape the personality.
