Exactly 12 months have passed since the day we drove the electric Jeep Avenger for the first time. This happened on April 24, 2023, during the international test of the model in Malaga, and now the crossover – and already in its full range of drives – is now officially in Bulgaria as well.

The Avenger range includes three equipment levels – Longtitude, Altitude and Summit, and from the base level the customer receives many of the extras that make his daily life safe and comfortable – a set of driving assistance systems (Hill descent control, assist to keep in lane assist, driver alertness assistant, traffic sign recognition), cruise control, 10.25-inch touchscreen, air conditioning, heated electric mirrors, front armrest, rear parking sensors, LED lights and 16-inch aluminum rims. And all this at a price of BGN 47,500 when choosing a 1.2-liter gasoline engine.

In the top performance of the compact SUV, Jeep adds keyless entry and start of the car, 360-degree parking sensors, automatic switching of high and low beams, and the alloy wheels become 18-inch with black matte, and the starting price for this level is 56,470 BGN

The current dealer network of Jeep in Bulgaria includes six locations – two dealerships in Sofia and one each in Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas and Stara Zagora. A commercial and service complex in the city of Ruse, which will be the seventh location for the brand, is about to join the Jeep dealerships in the country.

Avenger appeared on the market at the beginning of 2023 in an all-electric version, already at the very start of its life convincingly asserting its position with a series of international awards, including the prestigious European Car of the Year award. A year later, a version with a 1.2-liter 3-cylinder gasoline engine with 100 hp was added to the engine range. With the beginning of spring, the native importer of Jeep also started orders for another modification with the same 1.2-liter engine, but in combination with a 48-volt hybrid system.

The maximum freedom of choice for consumers will be achieved at the end of the year, when the revolutionary 4×4 hybrid version of the model is also expected. Avenger 4he combines the compactness and flexibility of the model with the performance of the four-wheel drive system. The car will combine an engine with 136 hp. with two electric motors with a power of 21 kV each, capable of driving both axles and providing optimal torque to the rear wheels.
