Mr. Gugui, eMAG announced the release of Genius subscription in Bulgaria – what is this service?
With eMAG’s new smart shopping subscription service, customers can make unlimited purchases with convenient and free shipping, as well as benefit from a number of benefits and special offers. eMAG Genius has been available nationally since its launch in Bulgaria, so consumers from all localities covered by eMAG and Fashion Days can make their smart purchases, choosing from over 3 million products in various categories with free delivery, and for Sofia, next-day priority delivery is also available for orders placed until late evening during the week.
The eMAG Genius service starts with a free 6-month period, or a total of up to 10 orders for the eMAG and Fashion Days platforms. Anyone can easily become a member of Genius and start receiving exclusive offers in the weekly Genius Deals, free delivery and priority delivery on their orders to Sofia and the surrounding area. Now in the second week since the launch of the service, there are over 75,000 offers with discounts of 10% to 30% on Genius Deals in various categories for all family needs. Genius customers can access Genius Deals on two platforms – eMAG and Fashion Days, with one Genius account. With these amenities, we believe customers save time and money while enjoying an excellent customer experience.
After Romania, Bulgaria is the second country in which eMAG offers Genius subscription – what are your expectations for its integration into consumer habits?
In Romania, 3 years after the launch of the subscription service, almost 700,000 customers enjoy the benefits of Genius. For its premiere in Bulgaria, eMAG offers a free 6-month trial period, or a total of up to 10 orders in the eMAG and Fashion Days platforms. After the free trial, the service will be available to subscribed members for a flat annual fee of BGN 29.90. This means that for BGN 2.49 per month, Genius members can save on their priority deliveries.
We’ve made signing up quick and easy, with customers not having to enter or save a bank card to subscribe to the free trial. The only step is to enter the Genius section of the eMAG app or emag.bg/genius and use the one-click subscribe button.
