Teachers from “Slaveykov” present Kardzhali at a regional innovation forum

The primary teachers from SU “Petko Rachov Slaveykov” Ekaterina Bakardzhieva and Yordanka Raeva presented the good innovative practices in the Kardzhali school at the Regional Forum for Educational Innovations for the South Central Region “Innovative Today – Successful Tomorrow”, held in the city of Smolyan. The forum was realized in implementation of the National Program of the Ministry of Education and Culture “Innovations in Action”, Module 2: “Forums for innovations in education” and Module 1 “Mobility for promoting and multiplying good innovations between schools”. The main objective of the forum is the creation of professional learning thematic communities between innovative schools in the South Central region, in which good innovative educational practices are shared, new ideas and products are generated. The topic of the forum is related to creativity and innovation culture. The event is organized by the Ministry of Education and Science, the Regional Department of Education – Smolyan and PGI “Karl Marx”. The opening and all the events were attended by Nataliya Michalevska – head of the office of the Minister of Education.

In their presentation, Bakardzhieva and Raeva spoke briefly about all the innovations at “Petko Rachov Slaveykov” University of Applied Sciences, after which they focused in more detail on the innovation that they themselves implement in the initial stage of training. The theme of their presentation is “BELL + IT = a successful start at school”. With great interest, their presentation takes place and then they answer many questions. They say that they experienced first-hand the fairy tale “Welcome by clothes”. They appeared at the forum in the beautiful slave uniforms and immediately became the center of attention and attracted, without wanting to, many people who wanted to take pictures with them. “We are used to the uniforms and it doesn’t make any impression on us, but apparently people were very excited,” says Bakardzhieva.

Kardzhali teachers observe the presented practices of 15 schools from the Πlovdiv, Πazapdzhiĸ, Xacĸovo and Cmolyan regions. They also attended a lecture by representatives of DIΠKU – Ctapa Zagopa on the topic: “Social-emotional intelligence and digital technologies in the qualification of readers”. The participants from the rich program of the host school – ΠΙΓΙ “Kapl Mapĸc” – Mr. Asked.
