The time has come for the complete renovation of the key “Patriarch Evtimiy” street, announced the mayor of Burgas, Dimitar Nikolov.

Together with the deputy mayor for construction, Chanka Koralska, he was on site and planned the upcoming activities.

The renovation starts after the Easter holidays. “We have already received the “green light” for it, we have passed final coordination and approval from all possible institutions.

A complete intervention with the replacement of the water and sewer lines, the construction of domestic diversions, the insertion of all cables underground, the construction of new street lighting, new pavements and landscaping is to come. This is how we will finally put an end to frequent plumbing accidents, leaks and your numerous reports about them.

We will work in stages, but the renovation works will certainly cause discomfort, especially for those living on the street.

I ask for the understanding of all who live or work on this busy street, but it really is no longer up to any standards and we cannot proceed with cosmetic repairs alone. We have also managed to secure funding from the Ministry of Finance, so here we go!

I can assure you that you will like the end result, but we can’t do it without changing everything!

After the complete renovation of “Patriarch Evtimii” we will continue with the rest of the streets in “Vazrazhdane”. We will plan their repairs so that traffic in the neighborhood is not blocked.
