The Silistra State Puppet Theater became the scene of an incredible musical celebration, part of the “Bulgaria sings” initiative of the Bulgarian Choral Union. The concert gathered on one stage talented performers from various choirs and dance formations, transporting the audience to a colorful kaleidoscope of Bulgarian songs and dances.

Among the participants was the “Dobrich” Mixed Choir of the “Yordan Yovkov” Folk Community Center in Dobrich. The formation with conductor Nikolay Neychev captured the hearts of the audience with its emotional performance of emblematic Bulgarian songs.

Mixed Choir “Sedyanka” Silistra – a representative of the “Dorostol” Primary School, whose composition, including members of the “Golden Autumn” GSGP, celebrated its 30th anniversary also participated. They delighted the audience with a performance of authentic folk songs from the Silistren region. Vocal group “White, green, red” – with their energetic performance of popular Bulgarian songs, they brought mood and energy to the hall. Ballet Lydens – with their elegant dances and graceful movements, they complemented the musical experience with visual beauty.

The audience wildly applauded the performances of all participants, and the atmosphere in the hall was filled with emotions and excitement. “Bulgaria sings” is an initiative that aims to popularize Bulgarian choral music and preserve our rich folklore traditions.
