Bulgaria will face favorites Croatia and Turkey in the final two matches of the group stage of the European Women’s Under-20 Championship.
Our country is the co-host of the age group championship together with Ireland.
Sofia and Hristo Botev Hall will host Group I matches between August 5 and 13. The final four will also be held in our capital, and the champion will be determined on August 17.
All matches of our girls, except for our last match, will start at 5.30 pm (or the third match of the day’s program).
We start against Sweden, who won their zonal qualification. The program includes two days off – August 8 and 11. In the last clash, we face the strong team of Turkey, who last year played in the final of the world championship for women under 19 years. The match is from 20:00.

EuroVolleyball 2024 under 20 years (August 5-17) has the participation of 16 teams, which are divided into two groups of 8. In the first phase, they will play “each against each”. The first and second place finishers in the final standings move on.
The two teams from the two groups play cross-over in the eliminations. In Group II are Serbia, Poland, Italy, Finland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Portugal and hosts Ireland.
