The state will finance 64 proposals under the project “Beautiful Bulgaria” – Society

The Ministry of Labor and Social Policy will finance 64 project proposals under the “Beautiful Bulgaria” Project in 2024. Their implementation aims to improve the public and social infrastructure and provide an accessible environment through the renovation and repair of nurseries and gardens, schools, administrative buildings, community centers, health, sports and social facilities.

The total value of the approved proposals is BGN 14.8 million. Of these, BGN 7 million is provided under “Beautiful Bulgaria”, and the rest is co-financed by the beneficiaries. The implementation of the projects will create better working conditions and better service to citizens in the fields of education, health care, social services, culture, administration, sports and entertainment.

It is expected that upon the implementation of the approved project proposals, at least 650 people will be employed, including more than 200 unemployed people registered in the labor offices. Within the framework of the “Beautiful Bulgaria” Project, 18 qualification courses will also be held, which will help the training and realization of the labor market of more than 200 unemployed people.

In the past year 2023, 47 project proposals with a total value of BGN 12.1 million were financed under the “Beautiful Bulgaria” Project.
