The Regional Election Commission (RIC) – Vidin has announced the electoral divisions in the fifth electoral district of Vidin, with its decision published on the commission’s website.
By orders of the mayors of the 11 municipalities in Vidin region, the electoral sections were formed on the territory of each municipality. Voting will take place in 18 sections in Belogradchik, in Boinitsa – in five, in Bregovo – in 12, in Gramada – in nine, in Dimovo – in 24, in Kula – in 12. In the municipalities of Makresh and Novo Selo, seven SICs have been formed , in Ruzhintsi and Chuprene – ten each. At most -120 will be voted in Vidin municipality.
The chairman of RIC – Vidin, Daniel Boyanov, reported on “Focus”that the number of CECs on the territory of 5 constituencies is expected to be around 240, together with the mobile sections.
With its other two Decisions, the RIC in Vidin has accepted the distribution of seats in the SECs and their leadership among the parties and coalitions. There are a total of 1,829 members of the SEC, of which 705 are reserves. The number of members of the sectional election commissions has also been determined, and in the sections with up to 500 voters, including the commissions, there will be seven members, and those with more than 500 voters – nine.
