Burgas is awaiting the approval of two strategic infrastructure projects, after the administration has already prepared the technical documentation for them. It concerns the construction of basic infrastructure in the new business zone along the road to Sozopol at the Burgas exit and the construction of a road connection from the same road to the “Meden Rudnik” residential complex. This is what Stanimir Apostolov, the deputy mayor for finance, budget, economy and maritime affairs in the Municipality of Burgas, told BTA.
“We are waiting for the approval of the project for the development of the business zone by the road to Sozopol (Industrial Zone “South”), in the area of ​​the former street “Komplushka Nizina”. It will be possible to develop a very promising business zone there, since the plots are larger You know that Burgas is actually surrounded by water bodies and there are no unlimited possibilities in terms of its expansion .
The new intersection after PZ “Yug”, which will provide a connection with the largest Burgas complex “Meden Rudnik”, will be realized according to another project, the deputy mayor also pointed out. Apostolova clarified that it is possible to implement it in parallel with the project for the infrastructure in the industrial zone, if the projects are approved in a short time interval.
“Logistics and Industrial Park – Burgas works very actively. Meetings with investors are held every week. We recently gave permission for the opening of three more enterprises in the city. The area near “Krayezerna” Street (PZ “Sever”) is completely filled. Free land there are still at the 9th and 12th kilometers,” said Stanimir Apostolov.
