The students of the second “b” class at “Otets Paisiy” SU in Smolyan with class teacher Julia Mitreva, held an innovative binary lesson on technology and entrepreneurship on the topic: “My city in 2050”. Mayor Nikolay Melemov was also present at the lesson. His students shared their views on the future development of our city until 2050, reported the press center of the municipality.

The talented kids had made interesting posters and boards as well as models. The development of artificial intelligence also found a place in them, as well as the construction of futuristic buildings. Emphasis was placed on future sources of food and energy, as well as on the need for an even greener and cleaner city of Smolyan.

Melemov congratulated the students for the wonderful ideas and suggestions that the children presented during the lesson. She wished them to be healthy, happy and always so creative.

The second-year students are working on a joint project of PEPCO Bulgaria and Junior Achievement Bulgaria “The future is me. Entrepreneurship for the youngest”. This year’s program is “Our City”. The head of the project is the class teacher Yulia Mitreva, who has been developing entrepreneurial and business skills in elementary school students for 14 years.
