The storm is strongest in Starozagorsko
Heavy rain and hail in central and southern Bulgaria. The strongest storms are in Starozagorsko – in Chirpan, Parvomai and Radnevo. A yellow code for intense rainfall and thunderstorms has been announced for 12 regions of Western Bulgaria.
The village of Samuilovo in Stara Zagora was seriously affected by the ice chunks. Increases in some of the river levels are expected, the Ministry of Environment and Water announced.
