Lamb meat at the “Krasnodar” market in Burgas is looted very quickly 10 days before Easter, a reporter’s check of Flagman.bg found. The price per kilogram is BGN 22, and the meat is supplied mainly by the Karnobat breeders, who are known throughout Bulgaria for the well-cared for animals and the quality they offer.
“Shoulder, thigh and ribs are bought equally, there is no way to say what more. Already in the morning, we sell the whole lambs and they sell out within hours”, share traders.

Make sure that the meat is pink in color, smooth in texture and with a blue seal, which proves its origin in Bulgaria, advises the Regional Food Safety Directorate.
