“For Plovdiv International Fair, it is an honor to once again welcome the largest forum for youth entrepreneurship”, said in his greeting to the participants of TF FEST 2024, the chief director, Assoc. Dr. Ivan Sokolov.

He emphasized the scale of the 27th edition, which includes nearly 130 educational enterprises from Bulgaria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Romania, Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro. Prof. Sokolov singled out the merit of the organizers for the high level of the event and thanked for the successful cooperation with the Center for Educational and Training Companies at the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Bulgarian Training Center Association.

Already yesterday, the youth business teams arranged and branded their own stands in Chamber No. 6. Business negotiations and deals started this morning and before the official ceremony many signed contracts were registered. The hybrid format of the Youth International Fair allows business communication live and online. “65 stores offer their goods and services on the online platform of TF FEST 2024”, announced the director of the Center for Training and Training Companies and main organizer Daria Mavrudieva. She wished success to all participants, assuring them that they are already winners because are finalists from a hotly contested race. However, the competitive competition continues with the upcoming 17 contests over the two fair days.

The winners will be announced tomorrow at 12:00 at an official closing ceremony. The finals in the contest for accounting, for the best presentation and the Academy for Corporate Social Responsibility are shaping up to be particularly interesting.

It is noticeable that the exhibitors are extremely oriented towards public causes and enthusiastically approach their defense. A banking structure has tied its financial instruments to an initiative for the protection of bees. A confectionery company offers products without dyes and preservatives, and a bakery is engaged in supplying basic goods to vulnerable groups. Everything about the yard and garden with a 20% discount and beneficial outdoor activity are competently advertised by youngsters.

Special care for pets through healthy diets is presented by an all-female company. A stable presence is marked by educational enterprises with sports goods, rehabilitation procedures and tourist attractions. High-end cosmetics, luxury cars, fancy watches and precious metal coin trading are also available.

Among those oriented towards high technologies, a youth team from Ruse with educational software in all academic disciplines stands out. Their product combines interactivity and learning thanks to VR glasses. Students experience historical events, visit geographical landmarks, conduct scientific experiments and simulations in a virtual environment with a clear and real image. Young entrepreneurs do not fail to share that their success is also due to their exceptional mentors from real business.

The unique hosts from the National Commercial High School in Plovdiv greeted the exhibitors with a folk dance program, which provoked the future businessmen to join a youth dance in Hall No. 6. The elite Plovdiv high school participates with 13 educational and training companies with the following fields of activity: banking and insurance, organization of special events, trade in cars and light trucks, trade in clothing, plush toys, tour operator agency and photography studio.

Thus, the International Fair of Educational Enterprises TF FEST 2024 – Young Entrepreneur began with a lot of mood and smiles. Leading the opening ceremony were last year’s Miss and Mr. TF FEST title holders – Liliana Kaneva and Alexander Lefterov.
