The new Jeep Avenger debuted in Bulgaria with three types of drive

The official representative of the legendary American brand Jeep in Bulgaria presented in the center of the capital the expanded model range of the new Jeep Avenger, which now offers gasoline, hybrid and electric drive. The new model was officially presented in the urban and freedom-loving style typical of the American brand.

The Jeep brand has always been associated with freedom, adventure and innovation. With its successful Avenger compact model, it strengthens its presence in one of the fastest growing segments in Europe and provides customers and fans with yet another functional vehicle to conquer the urban jungle with ease and confidence.

With its perfect and characteristic of a small SUV and dimensions – length of 4.08 meters, width of 1.78 meters and height of 1.53 meters, the new Jeep Avenger offers a very comfortable movement through city streets and underground parking lots in office buildings and commercial centers. At the same time, this practical silhouette features class-leading interior space that can comfortably accommodate five adults, along with their favorite everyday items.

The interior design of the Avenger has been designed to the maximum to provide a total of up to 34 liters of storage compartments – twice the segment standard 15 litres. The functional luggage compartment has 380 liters for the versions with an internal combustion engine and 355 liters for the electric version. Convenience is enhanced by the more than 1 meter wide boot lid, which in the top trim level comes with hands-free touch opening as standard.

The Jeep Avenger range includes three levels of equipment – Longitude, Altitude and Summit, and even in the base level, the model is equipped with extras that make the driver’s daily life safe and comfortable. In the Longitude trim level, there is an array of all driving assistance systems such as lane keeping assist, driver alertness assist, traffic sign recognition, cruise control, central 10.25-inch touchscreen, air conditioning, electric rear view mirrors with heating, front armrest, rear parking sensors, LED lights and 16-inch alloy wheels. The base price of the new Jeep Avenger is BGN 47,500.

The top trim level of the compact SUV adds keyless entry and start, 360-degree parking sensors, automatic high and low beam switching, and 18-inch alloy wheels with a matte black finish, with a starting price for this Summit level of 56 470 BGN.

The strong market advantage of the Jeep Avenger is the very practical and functional exterior solution, which through the special design of three key exterior details saves a lot of money for its owners. The undercarriage is protected by a 360-degree protective liner, the headlamps are positioned further inward, and the non-tinted protective lower panels in the front and rear bumpers do not leave scratches or scuff marks, all of which help avoid or minimize damage. on any contact.

The new Jeep Avenger appeared on the market at the beginning of 2023 in an all-electric version, and at the very start of its life, it convincingly declared its position with a series of international awards, including the prestigious “Car of the Year in Europe” prize. A year later, a version with a 1.2-liter 3-cylinder gasoline turbo engine with a power of 100 hp was added to the engine range.

With the beginning of spring, the native importer of Jeep also started orders for another modification with the same 1.2-liter 3-cylinder turbo engine, but in combination with a 48-volt hybrid system. Through this cutting-edge technology, customers of the new Jeep Avenger e-Hybrid benefit from electric mobility at low speeds, thanks to the combination of a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and its integrated electric motor.

The electric motor improves efficiency and driving pleasure, allowing the car to move with the internal combustion engine off during city driving at speeds below 30 km/h or when the driver releases the accelerator pedal in stabilized conditions and on descents, saving fuel.

Maximum freedom of choice for consumers will be achieved at the end of the year, when the revolutionary 4×4 hybrid version of the model is also expected. The new Jeep Avenger 4he combines the compactness and flexibility of the model with the performance of the four-wheel drive system. The car combines a gasoline engine with a power of 136 hp. with two electric motors with a power of 29 hp. each capable of driving both axles and providing optimal torque to the rear wheels. Thanks to Power Looping technology, the new Avenger 4xe guarantees all-wheel drive regardless of battery charge, ensuring a smooth and confident drive through the most challenging and varied terrains.

The current dealer network of Jeep in Bulgaria includes 6 points – two representative offices in Sofia and one each in Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas and Stara Zagora. A commercial and service complex in the city of Ruse is about to join the Jeep dealerships in the country, which will be the brand’s seventh location.
