In “Stories from hand luggage” Georgi Milkov describes not only his meetings with epoch-making characters, but also reflects on intriguing places and events that made him become a diligent collector of experiences.
For almost 30 years of work as a journalist for “24 Chasa”, he covered the most important events in Tripoli in the case of the Bulgarian doctors, was a military correspondent in Afghanistan and Iraq, and also covered a number of regional conflicts in the Middle East and Africa.
Interesting stories caught up with Georgi Milkov during his work in North Korea, Asia and Latin America.
The book’s release coincides with his 50th anniversary.
