The Varna Court of Appeal and the “N.Y. Vaptsarov” Higher Naval School are deepening their cooperation and will carry out more joint activities of mutual interest. The heads of the two institutions, Dr. Vanukhi Arakelyan and Fl.adm. Prof. Boyan Mednikarov signed a memorandum. The partnership is determined by the development of digital services, virtual space and computer technologies, the challenges they create and the need for the development of science and practice, the press center of the Court of Appeal reported.

The institutions will partner in conducting trainings, the training of qualified specialists in digital forensics, forensic technical expertise and cyber security.

The first batch of bachelors from the “Cybersecurity” specialty graduated last year, and now the first cadets are about to graduate. The Maritime School unveils new majors “Artificial Intelligence and Smart Technologies”, “Digital Transformation” and “Software and Network Technologies”.
