From May 7th, applications for a registration number of your choice will be accepted – Pleven Press

From May 7 – Tuesday – from 10:00 a.m., according to the Order of the Director of the ODMVR – Pleven Senior Commissioner Zhivko Lambov, citizens will have the opportunity to submit applications for granting the right to use a car registration number of their choice from those available in the sector “Traffic police” at the ODMVR – Pleven: from group ЕН7001 to EH8000 series MV.

Applications are accepted in the “Traffic Police” sector until the numbers on the list are exhausted or until the series ends. The service is also performed electronically. It is applied with a valid qualified electronic signature /KEP/ by the applicant.
