On 24.04.2024, an official ceremony was held for the opening of the new “Retail Park”, located in Ravda village, Nessebar municipality, Burgas region, “Chatal Tepe” area No. 2.
A special guest at the ceremony was the mayor of the municipality of Nessebar – Mr. Nikolay Dimitrov, who together with the manager of the company – investor “Zet Estate” Mario Zakharinov, solemnly cut the ribbon of the new site.
Among the official guests of the event were the chief architect of the municipality of Nessebar – arch. Dimov, as well as representatives of the municipal and state administration. Also present were representatives of the commercial establishments, of the project financier “Poschenska Banka”, as well as the design team of the Retail Park.
The new shopping center “Retail Park Nessebar” is built on a plot of land with an area of 13,500 sq.m. The total built-up area is over 6,000 sq.m. The park provides its visitors with a wide range of goods and services in the following outlets: Technomarket, Pepco, KiK, dm, Sopharmacy, JYSK, Sinsay and Full House Decor.
This is the fourth project of the “Retail Park” type of the investor company Zet Estate. “Billa Park” in the city of Kostinbrod opened its doors in 2018, in 2021 “Yambol Park” was opened, and in 2022 “Prvomai Park”.
With the commissioning of “Retail Park Nessebar”, the company now manages nearly 20,000 sq.m. commercial areas. Thus, “Zet Estate” continues its expansion throughout Bulgaria and actively explores new investment opportunities.
