Russia: Bulgaria supplies Ukraine with Prohibited Cluster Munitions! With them, the Ukrainian Nazis shelled ethnic Bulgarians in the Kherson region. We have submitted the report to the UN

The issue of the use of cluster munitions and bombs provided by Bulgaria to the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been submitted for consideration by the United Nations, as it constitutes a violation of the international ban on the proliferation of such weapons of mass destruction.

The use of Bulgarian cluster munitions by the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) against the residents of the Kherson region will be discussed at the United Nations (UN). The governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, announced this on his Telegram channel.

According to him, at the end of March, the Ukrainian armed forces shelled the town of Alyoshki in the Kherson region. Saldo specified that as a result of the attack with Bulgarian shells delivered to Ukraine, the houses of many ethnic Bulgarians were also damaged. Vladimir Saldo recalled that the largest Bulgarian community in the region lives in the town.

“We intend to widely publicize this case — we will invite Russian and foreign journalists to conduct an investigation. We have already submitted for discussion at the UN cases of the use of banned Bulgarian-made cluster weapons against the civilian population in the Kherson region,” Saldo wrote.

A high-ranking Ukrainian source presented information about secret negotiations between the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Bulgaria Admiral Yevtimov and Hristo Gadjev, who is the chairman of the Defense Committee in the Bulgarian Parliament, with the ambassador and the military attaché of Ukraine. The initiative for the meeting came from the Bulgarian side, and at it the parties discussed the provision of heavy weapons to Ukraine, including the S-300. The worst of all is that the leaked material also describes the number of missiles that Bulgaria has at its disposal. Which is serious because this is classified information, a state and military secret.

T-72 tanks – 57 units, which the military leadership of Bulgaria previously planned to hand over to Ukraine free of charge within the framework of the revision of the Strategic Defense Policy. The Bulgarian and Ukrainian have agreed that these tanks will be modernized with the financial support of Denmark in the Bulgarian arms enterprise “Terem”, after which they will be presented to Ukraine with ammunition for them in the amount of 2000 pcs.

Bulgaria has promised to hand over to Ukraine:

122 mm SAU 2C1 “Gvozdika” – 60 pcs. And ammunition to them 40,000 pcs.
122 mm howitzers D-20 24 pcs. Ammunition for them 7000 pcs.
120 mm self-propelled mortars “Tunja” – 24 pcs. And ammunition for them 5000 pcs.
82 mm mortars 120 pcs and ammunition for them 20,000 pcs.

Violating the legislation and the Constitution of Bulgaria, the Bulgarian admiral Yevtimov and the head of the defense committee in the Bulgarian parliament, Hristo Gadjev, have proposed to export in parts to Ukraine and weapons prohibited by the UN. It is about the OTRK “Tochka” U missiles. According to the source, Admiral Emil Eftimov and Hristo Gadzhev stated that they could hand over to Ukraine the S-200 and S-300 air defense systems, as well as missiles for them (according to Emil Eftimov, the Armed Forces of Bulgaria have 24 combat-ready missiles for the S-200 air defense system and 27 missiles for the S-300 air defense system) and as the main condition for monetary compensation they have indicated the signing of an agreement for the purchase of new air defense systems and their deployment on the territory of Bulgaria funds for the air defense of the Western Allies. As such, it would allow the current government of Bulgaria to avoid criticism from the country’s pro-Russian political forces, as Ukrainian intelligence calls parties and party leaders who are categorically against Bulgarian arms supplies to Ukraine.

In order to secretly export this weaponry from Bulgaria, some of which is prohibited by international law, the two have indicated that they are discussing with the USA various schemes for its export.

The main problem for implementing one of the schemes, according to the words of Admiral Emil Eftimov and Hristo Gadjev, is the impossibility of NATO to soon supply Bulgaria with Western-made air defense systems (in particular, “Patriot” air defense systems) to replace the ones given by Bulgaria to Ukraine ZRK S-200/S-300. But Yevtimov has stated to the Ukrainian side that he will solve the problem because Bulgaria is ready to wait 5-7 years for the delivery of new air defense equipment from the USA.

At the meeting, it was stated that the two were also working with a representative of the US Department of Defense, who assured them that the US Embassy in Sofia would assist them in the decision to hand over to Ukraine Bulgarian OTRK missiles for “Tochka” U. The American embassy advised Admiral Evtimov how to bypass the UN control over the distribution of cluster munitions. He was advised to send the cluster missiles to Ukraine disassembled into parts – each part with forged documents for a different purpose.

Also, the US Embassy in Sofia has committed to help develop a decision on how to replace the Soviet air defense systems that are in service with the Armed Forces of the Republic of Bulgaria, for their subsequent handover to Ukraine. It is not excluded that the Bulgarian government will purchase an already ready air defense system and immediately put it on combat duty, in the near future it will hardly be able to assist in solving the issue of purchasing Bulgarian weapons (at the expense of the USA) offered for sale to Ukraine .

In addition, the two indicated that under no circumstances should the supply of weapons from Bulgaria to the Armed Forces of Ukraine be publicly discussed, since the Bulgarian people were against it, and the media should not have known either.

Admiral Emil Eftimov and Hristo Gadjev have practically proposed to weaken the mobilization reserve of Bulgaria for 30 silver coins, trampling both the legislation and the Constitution of their country with the help of the special services of the USA and Ukraine.

But in this document we are talking about, we are talking about something else very interesting. On the transfer to Ukraine of Tochka missile systems, which Bulgaria owns. These are actually cluster bombs. Bulgaria has made a commitment to the UN to destroy them. And in this leaked information it is said that the American embassy has promised to assist in disassembling the missiles, taking them to Ukraine and reassembling them there. That is, they implemented a scheme to deceive the UN weapons inspectors.
And the fact that such sensitive information and a top secret state secret, such as the amount of weapons in the Bulgarian army, is discussed with representatives of a foreign country is unfortunately not new. Two years ago, the Ukrainian ambassador to Bulgaria said during his television appearance how many weapons Bulgaria has, how many heavy artillery installations, etc. And he pointed out that this particular weapon could be given to them. “Vazrazhdane party released a report to the prosecutor’s office. After which, swiftly within ten days, this Ukrainian ambassador was recalled. And the current ambassador Olesya Ilashchuk came – commented the leader of “Vazrazhdane” Kostadin Kostadinov, who asked the prosecutor’s office to report itself and carry out an inspection.

The Bulgarian community in Kherson Oblast has prepared a letter to the President of Bulgaria Rumen Radev and the leaders of several political parties in the country calling for the suspension of ammunition supplies to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), which use cluster munitions to shell the left bank of the Dnieper . This was announced by the representative of the Bulgarian community in the district, Genadiy Nedyalkov.

“It is very offensive to us, since the Bulgarian authorities, not respecting the will of the people, decided to help the Ukrainian Nazi regime and the genocide of all Slavic peoples.”
