124 educational enterprises took part in the two-day exhibition at the Plovdiv Fair

A gold investment coin with the face of Nicholas the Wonderworker is offered to connoisseurs by the young entrepreneurs from the company “Golden Hills” of the National Commercial High School in Plovdiv. It follows the price of gold and is internationally recognized, explained the students from the company, which was among the participants in the 27th edition of the International Fair of Educational Enterprises.

The saint is known as the patron saint not only of fishermen and sailors, but also as a moneylender who helped the poor, as he was wealthy, the students explained. Also on display at their booth was a limited edition gold coin featuring their high school’s image. The student bank offered eco-loans, convincing customers that they would be able to easily cover them since they would have less household expenses.

124 educational enterprises from Bulgaria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Romania, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro participate in the specialized forum, which was held yesterday and today in the sixth hall of the International Fair – Plovdiv. They are from different fields of activity: banking and insurance; wholesale and retail trade in various food and non-food goods; tourist services and catering; information technology and advertising; consulting services, accounting; production; education and others. The organizers are the Ministry of Education and Science, the Center for Training and Training Companies, the Bulgarian Training Center Association and the International Fair – Plovdiv.

Participants have the opportunity for virtual negotiations and deals, and visitors to shop online in 60 stores created on the TF FEST online platform.

There was a real column by the stand of the capital SU “Bacho Kiro”, where the young entrepreneurs explained that the eyes are a window to the soul, and the photographer Petar Parzhelov offered: I will make works of art from your iris. Heart, explosion, collision proved to be among the most popular effects. Customers can choose between works with one, two or three irises, and for families up to four or five are made. And for the ladies there were also iris necklaces, bracelets and earrings.

If you want to immortalize your pet, you can order a T-shirt with his photo and name, the students from the company “Maina Plovdiv” of the National Commercial High School invited to their stand. The boys and girls also took on the role of mannequins to present the printed T-shirts and hats. Part of the profit is given to the Plovdiv shelter for homeless animals. NTG also participates in the exhibition with the company “Plush Rescuers”, which sells toys, and 25 percent of the revenue goes to the protection of endangered animals in our country.

The financial and business high school in Haskovo has bet on sports goods, accessories and consumables to stimulate young people to an active lifestyle. “We are betting on high quality and affordable prices,” explained the manager of “Houstonsport” Borislav Djambazov.

Bio-based products for lips, skin, hair and body, including for men, were offered by the girls from the company “Natural Cosmetics” OOD – Montana. The attraction was a bio brightening serum that hydrates and at the same time reduces the loss of water from the skin. Our mission is to take care of the customers’ appearance without polluting the environment through environmentally friendly products and biodegradable packaging, the entrepreneurs explained.

Girls dressed in traditional Pirin costumes welcomed the “Berry Life” stand – Sandanski, where homemade honey, tahini, jam made from natural products, fig leaf tea against diabetes were offered.

The Old Bakery relies on traditional recipes to produce its cakes, breads, pies, croissants, pancakes, muffins and doughnuts. The team of the National Commercial and Banking High School – Sofia explained that it combines the familiar Bulgarian tradition with innovative and healthy products, while at the same time improving the taste.

A zoo with a zip line and access for the disabled was presented by the students of the Varna Commercial High School. A special corner is set aside for a pet nursery to give travelers peace of mind that there is someone to look after the four-legged friends while they are away from home. Animals can also be adopted from the zoo.

Some of the contests are based on tasks of real businesses and are evaluated by a jury appointed by them.

The network of Bulgarian educational enterprises unites 330 school and student companies.
